Okay, I have answers to both of those questions (the ones on the secret page) and more!
1.) What to do about disrespectful alphas.
Well, if the pack doesn't like them, they certainly have the power to remove them. In the Everlasting Heart Territory, alphas who don't do their jobs are removed by the rest of the pack and a new alpha is appointed to assume the position, one that the pack feels a worthy and strong leader. And, if the "bad alpha" refuses to be removed, the pack's candidate and the unworthy alpha fight for the position.
2.) Rules that aren't listed.
The answer seems simple enough: Add them and make a note on the page that the rules have been updated.
Also, as for the problems you're having with space...
You might want to think about moving this site onto a place other than expage. There's nothing wrong with expage, except it gives you very limited space and kind of limits your page's capabilities. My number one choice is fortunecity.com , a free website provider that gives you 100 MB of space, and you can do anything with it. You can put your own music, graphics, etc on it. And you can put as much stuff on one page as you like. I find it a lot better than even geocities, tripod, and angelfire, too.
