Subject: an old poem i just like "Passing"



I no longer look forward to tomorrow
when you'll be there
and I'll be nothing
One can only endure so much
everything else is worthless
Nothing has changed
but I hate to be wasteful
So I'll undo all ties
for a weak link
is bound to break eventually
Maybe I'm rushing the future
but I refuse
to be stuck in the present
with you
