This can be on different extents. I mean if you say, 'the stallion kicks him so hard it draws blood', that isn't a very big deal because it would be stupid for someone to say that 'no! you didnt draw blood!' but then if you said 'the stallion kicks him so hard it kills him' that is very bad powerplaying. to answer your first question, royals cannot powerplay either, and im sure if you saw us do it, we shouldnt have been and we will do our best to stop it. but for some things its confusing whether or not its powerplaying, since royals have a lot of power. for instance (and this may be what you're thinking of) 'He forms an orb around the mare' thats not powerplaying because you can't exactly get out of that situation. if you're in an orb, you're in an orb. hope that answers your question.
