Subject: dependent entitlement

I am now pregnant by a Master Sergeant in the Army. He has promised to marry me (and has not), said he was away for TDY, and I haven't seen him since I told him on the 15th of October 2003. He said that he was only to be gone 7 days, 10 at the most. He claims to never have been married and doesn't have any children. I am at a lost here. The only numbers he has ever given me was his cell phone an office numbers, and is not answering either one of them now. So what options do I have if any? I don't have insurance and haven't seen a Dr. yet, hoping to do some of these things together, but it doesn't look that way. I am 1000% positive the baby is his. I've heard of JAG, and I know who is Battalion Commander is and Company Commander is, but I fear that they will give me the run-around because I am not military. I have been involved with him for a long time, so this was not a fling. I need help on what to do now.
Thank you.

I was married to a man in the Military for a long time. I can tell you that there are ways to get help from the Military with your child. I'm going to give you a link that may be of help. You will have to do some research, but I know this website gives a lot of information.

Go to the link below. You might have to search a little.

Good luck.

[> Dependancy -- Ccharles R. Alexander, 11:38:04 10/19/04 Tue

1.What steps must I take to declare my 95yo mother-inlaw a dependant?
2.Would she be entitled to the same health care that my wife receives?
Presently she lives in a retirement home but our plan (due to poor health) is to have her live with us.
