Subject: Serranilla Banks

Sirs, do not be under any misconception, the Serranilla Banks have been and always will be part of the sovereign territory of the Republic of honduras.
San Andres Providencia and environs have been taken from the Republic of Nicaragua by Colombia.
the 1928 treaty signed by Nicaragua under duress with Colombia has to be revisited. The United States has no business claiming Caribbean lands that belong to Central America, the same goes for the Colombians.Maybe joint ownership can be worked out between Colombia and Nicaragua being that so many people there consider themselves Colombian. Remember the Archipelago is 480 miles from Colombia and a mere 140 miles from Nicaragua.
