Welcome to the second Kootenay Herding Breeds Dog Show (KHBDS)! Let's clarify that you do not have to be a member of KHB to enter this show. And now, for your basic information. Entries must be recieved by the announced closing date (April 9, 2001.) Dogs owned, which have been owned in the past 12 months by a current KHBDS judge are ineligible for this show. Entries must be submitted online by creating entries for each dog in a new message (You can include several entries in each new message). Checks should be made to Kootenay Herding Breeds. 50% of all proffit will be donated to the retirement home. No more than 2 images per dog. Pictures must not include views of rosettes, ribbons, trophies, titles, judges or awards won previously by the dog, or should not be from the AKC.org website. The judge's decision is final - no appeals will be considered. The winners of each conformation breed class in each group will compete against each other for the Best in Group. There is an entry fee of $10.00 per dog. And now it's time for your entry form... the classes will follow. If one has an asterik (*) beside it... then it is required.

Herding, Hound, Non-sporting, Sporting, Terrier, Toy, Working, Mixed Breed, Activity, Costume Party, Rescue, Brace, Breeder, and Junior
Costume Party does not necessarily mean your dog must have some type of clothing on. It's just another name for at "Cutest Picture" Class.
