*..Blending almost completely with the lengthening shadows cast by the trees at sunset. Her sable coat gleams against the dying rays of sun, sapphire tunic hiding the many lash scars covering her broad shoulders and back. Golden eyes sparkle at the sight of the stream. The young badger walks to the banks, pulling a long sword from her back, the sheath making a 'shhhing' sound as metal pulls from cloth wrapped metal. She swings the weapon, expertly twirling the ruby encrusted handle, which is wrapped in black cloth. The hematite of the blade glints at the rising moon, as it spins faster and faster round. Sinew ripples from beneath coal black fur. The sun is gone from the sky, and the moon has risen fully, and finally the mighty warrior sits. Her eyes burn with pure hatred at the thought of the vermin that even now prowl this land. When the time comes.. she thinks to herself, When the time comes. The creature cups her paws, drinking a bit of the water. Her sword lies unsheathed beside her, at the ready, as she drifts into an uneasy sleep.*
