Vertrau dich jemandem an, der dann alle Taschenmesser, Klingen etc. aus deiner Umgebung konsequent entfernt. Und geh in dich. Nur in dir selber kann die Wurzel fürs Ritzen verborgen sein - wahrscheinlich die Erinnerung an etwas aus der Vergangenheit. Hast du diese Wurzel entdeckt, dann kannst du auch dagegen angehn.

Das alles hast du dir schon selbst gesagt? Na also, dann bestätigt dich wenigstens jemand.
