es gibt zig verschiedene Möglichkeiten sich von dieser Welt zu verabschieden.
Aber warum stellst Du nicht mal die Frage anders:

"Wie kann ich hier überleben, was könnte ich alles tun".

Sicher wirst Du Deine Gründe haben diese Frage so zu stellen und Du weist auch bestimmt selbst einige Möglichkeiten.
Aber diese Frage sollte man so nur als allerletzten Ausweg stellen, wenn es echte und wirklich schwerwiegende Gründe gibt. Und da musst Du Dich selber fragen ob es so ist.

Wenn Du jemand zum reden brauchst; sag Bescheid.

Ich bin kein Psychologe oder so was.

Ich wünsche Dir Zeit um Dir zu überlegen das richtige zu tun. Aber sich umbringen ist halt nicht alles.
