Hm, will nicht aufdringlich erscheinen aber besser als Tabletten sind Gespräche. Zugegeben: Tabletten bewirken einiges aber Gespräche mit den richtigen Leuten wirken Wunder.
Wenn du willst erzähle mir was dich beunruhigt.
Einfach ne Email oder so.
Hier gibt es viele Leute die zuhören können. Versuchs doch einfach mal.
Ist nicht bös gemeint.

Was Tabletten angeht: Fahre einfach zur Apotheke und frag ob die was pflanzliches haben. Die bekommst du meist ohne Rezept und helfen tun die auch oft.
