ich inhaliere 100%iges helium. nach ein paar zuegen
falle ich in tiefe bewusstlosigkeit und nach wenigen
minuten sind meine probleme verschwunden....

das war die einfache loesung. die komplizierte besteht
darin, einfach mal nicht fern zu sehen, radio zu
hoeren, ein buch lesen, zigarette rauchen oder im
internet surfen und statt dessen etwas sinnvolles tun
wie zum beispiel arbeiten, blumen giesen, haare kaemmen,
einkaufen gehen, was kochen, wohnung aufraeumen oder
den naechsten arzt-termin planen...
