es ist meistens so, dass ich raus muss wenn es mir schlecht geht.. ich fahre dann oft zu meinem pferd und reite aus(ich hoffe dir geht jetzt nicht so ein kleines "pferdemädchen" durch den kopf ;o). im wald kann man so gut vor dieser traurigen welt flüchten. meist sind dort auch keine anderen menschen. für mich entsteht da immer etwas ganz besonderes, für ein paar momente ist es dann wunderschön...(meine eigene welt) ich liebe die natur.. wahrscheinlich deswegen. mir hilft es auch, wenn es mir ganz schlecht geht und ich eigentlich wieder ritzen möchte, durch den wald zu fetzen(auf meinem pferd).. der wind kommt dann so schön von vorne und die ganzen negativen gedanken verschwinden. leider kann man daran nicht ewig festhalten...
