(Wenns von den Patienten her möglich ist) geregelte Mahlzeiten. Gestaltungs-, Mal-, Bewegungs-, Gesprächstherapie, Werken. Auch je nach Anstalt.
Aber wie auch die anderen es tun, rate ich dir, dich so zu verhalten, dass du schnell raus kommst. Da die meisten (nicht ganz alle) Ärzte und Pfleger keine Ahnung haben, wie es eigentlich als "Psychisch Kranker" ist, pumpen sie einem mit Medikamenten voll, die einem verblöden lassen. Ebenfalls sind die Patienten, die dort schon einige Zeit weilen, in dem monotonen Trott gefangen. Und es ist sehr schwierig, aus diesem Trott auszubrechen.
Also, verhalte dich möglichst unauffällig und füge dich, sei selbstständig. Dann kommst du wahrscheinlich am schnellsten wieder raus.
