vielleicht würde ich ihm einfach sagen das es im moment nicht geht, einfach erklären wie es dir im moment geht und das du einfach keinen Kontakt zu ihm möchtest. im Moment, oder überhaupt nicht (?) und wenn/falls sich das bei dir mal ändert, könntest du ja den Kontakt wieder aufnehemen?
