Du suchst dir ein Krankenhaut mit einer psychiatrischen Abteilung. Dann gehst du dahin, und sagst dass du dich einweisen lassen möchtest. Erzahle etwas von Suizidgedanken, und wie es dir geht. Du kannst auch erst zu deinem Hausarzt gehen, es ist aber die Frage ob er dich ernstnimmt.
