Hey - ich habe mir öfters einige Angeschaut.
Das kommt auf die Klinik an ob es sinnvoll ist oder nicht.
Ich habe sinnvolle Kliniken gesehen und einige wo man Bilder gemalt und Mensch ärgere dich nicht gespielt haben.
Hast du eine genauere Beschreibung?
Mir wurde gesagt dass psychosomatische Kliniken sinnvoll sind. Nicht nur Beschäftigung sondern auch Therapien die etwas bringen.
Wenn ich nicht so viel Schiss davor hätte dass in unserem Dorf rumgeht dass ich psychisch krank bin wäre ich auch in einer Tagesklinik. Ich habe mich jetzt mit meiner Psychiaterin darauf geeinigt dass ich in eine Psychosomatische Klinik gehe in der ich für mehrere Wochen ununterbrochen drin sein werde. In der Zeit machen wir medikamentös gesehen ne ambulante Tagesklinik. Muss sie aber regelmässig besuchen.

Um es nochmal kurz zusammen zu fassen: Versuche es mit der Klinik. Wenn du volljährig bist kannst du jederzeit gehen falls es dir nicht gefällt. Aber urteile nicht nach den ersten Tagen. Die sind immer schwer.
