du willst zu einem therapeuten... hast aber kein bock dich da anzumelden...

immerhin ist die bereitschaft da hin zu gehen, aber glaubst du dass das der richtige weg ist?

denk mal nach, warum genau du dort hin willst, und warum genau du dich nicht direkt dort anmelden willst...

hast du angst davor dass man dich auslachen könnte?
das wird nicht passieren
ehrlich gesagt, ist es besser, auf normalem wge dorthin zu gehen, da die therapeuten in kliniken etc ziemlich gestresst sind, und du einfach irgendwem zugewisen wirst...

das du es ernst meinst und dass du probleme hast werden sie dir mit sicherheit abnehmen, auch ohne versuchten selbstmord...

denk einmal darüber nach...
