If the goverment was trying to make us apathetic and docile then why give us alcohol? it gets me riled up, i don't know about you. Weed makes you not care, thats the bottom line, so why wouldn' they legalise it if you subscribe to these 'big brother' conspiracy theories? The fact is, they don't legalise it beacuse it would cripple our workforce, all our nations motivation to get up and go to work in the morning would dissolve in a sleepy mist. Thus, the economy would collapse and we'd all be as high as a kite in a third world America. I'm a stoner and proud of it but i'm happy to buy off unsavoury characters and fund terrorism and organised crime if it means i can toke. Selfish? Maybe. But drugs are the backbone of the US economy so i think of it like a charity, my duty as a citizen. I like it illegal, i like the stigma, the scorn, hell, its damn funny, its why we do it. So i stick two fingers up at uncle sam and roll up the flag and smoke it. Sue me.
