The things that go through my head that aren't my own thoughts can be amazing. they aren't as painful as they were before I started taking Abilify though. I go to the doctors. I go to a support group. My family helps me when I need someone to talk to. It would be nice to be able to talk to another schitzophrenic but even the support groups are to restricted.
