sometimes there are situations in which mothers are may be at such a health risk -death during pregnancy, or a child may be born with a condition that may hender him or her from evolving normally, I do believe these are reasons for abortions to be allowed. A mother can reproduce perhaps another time, a child does not have to live a life of which it does not realize it is aware of. But I do believe that if all is fine with the child or future condition of the mother, there is always adoption. And I am sure not everyone will agree with even this. People will say, that unborn child has a right. Who are they to say, being we live within a culture that is so intimidated and insecure of ourselves-that if we were to placed into a position of uncontrolable settings (car wreck makes us mentally, or worse physically unable to take care of ourselves) they too would wish they were no more. Life is a question no one has an answer to. All we have are our beliefs, such as what I have portrayed here. You have to make that decision. But your health and the health of your children come before another's opinion. It won't be them who could possibly die, or it won't be them who will be raising a child until they are 80. Yes, both are "noble" abilities taken upon onself in becoming selfless for that child. But (((((ask yourself this, (and this will intrigue philosophers) being that people do not believe in abortion because they believe at a certain point the human becomes a being to which they have a right to decide their own fate; well, since you have lived life and through all the troubles you have faced and if you have been lucky you have met at least one person who you loved very much, or vise versa- if you knew that you were to become a burden towards their health, would you allow yourself to continue on into their life until this has happened or would you do something about in order to protect them?))))) This too, is selflessness, but very dark. Do not be too hasty in making a decision, because again this is constructed from my experiences, and only to be seen as advice not ground rules. Only you can make that decision. Personally, and my wife agrees, if her life were to be in jeopardy while giving birth, then yes, an obortion would be necessary in order to produce another child for our familys future sake. And whether or not God exists, we would hope that -that- child is with him.
