YOUR pages are turned, 'we' get lost in the shuffle.
and i get put on the back burner.

i watch over your shoulder in suspence
because what's important to you is important to me.

but as the tables turn and time moves on,
i am taking big steps that go unnoticed,
because they too get lost in the shuffle.
but they are important to me, and forgotten by you.
