with outstretched arms you are reaching for me
looking for a wall to lean on
so i reach back
hopeing for a wall to lean on too
but time after time that wall begins to crack and crumble
no it crashes
yes, crashes to the ground
glimpses of hope slowly slips between the cracks
dieing beneath the rubble
and now insead of a wall to lean on
here lies a pile of bricks between us
speechless we stand and stare at the overwhelming mess
the mess that wont seem to budge
the mess that is us
