of what is killing me

of self distruction

give me something to live for
hope
love
joy
anything

whisper in my ear
the love you feel
cool my pain
with Your rain of tears

where am I to go from here
I've fallen as far as I can
yet I have no strength to rise

I see Your hand stretched out
offering me the help I need
the power of the rock
and the strength of a father
who wants to see His child fly.
