Hi. My name is Bill Parks an I am a manic depressive and compulsive liar. I beat my wife and threaten children. If people say something to disagree with me or my beliefs, I complain to their jobs and try to get them fired. I do this to police officers because I am jealous of them. Even though I am currently on disability from the BellSouth phone company where I sold ads in the yellow pages, I always wanted to be a police officer. But for some reason I just couldn't get hired by any department. I grew up in Connecticut and after schmoozing the right person I was eventually able to land a patronage job as a process sever in the scandal ridden Lew London County Sheriff's office. By the mid-1990s, corruption was so wide spread in the sheriff departments of the State of Connecticut that the state stepped in and disbanded all sheriff departments and instituted county police departments for enforcing laws in rural areas.

This also meant there would be a statewide audit of all county sheriff department records on personnel hiring and training/qualifications/certifications. Many of the corrupt sheriffs in a final act of defiance destroyed their personnel records so there would be no way of ever tracing or verifying the qualifications or backgrounds of people like me who had no training or qualifications in the first place. But, with no records to prove or disprove my credentials, I was able to leave the state and move to Florida and call myself a "retired Lieutenant". Then I decided to add scholastic titles to my name to make it seem even more impressive.

Thus, the legend was born:

Lt. William (Bill) Parks, BS, jD (ret)
