Terosin ran down the golden sand of the beach, irritably pushing his over-long dark hair from his eyes. The eys in question were light brown, and the scanned the nests for one he had heard of. He had been told of one that still contained a gold egg, and he was here to ask for it.
He approached the nest, and bowed to the queen inside. "Nobody told me they were so beautiful!" He whispered, gazing at the precious eggs that lay gathered in the warm sand. The young man sank to his knees and inclined his head, trying his best to be respectful to the one who guarded them with her life. "My lady, I am Terosin. I come here to ask you if you would be willing to give me your golden egg. I beseech you, choose me!"
