A young man came up on the sand. HIs grumbling brown dragon is sunning in the heat. He sends to him{well, if you are going to grumble about this heat, then why don't we go Between? Will that make you feel better?} [Why do you have to say that, N'deau rider-mine?] {Because it gets a response from my lazy sloth of a brown] he grinned.
He soon came upon a clutch, and asks the queen, no, green, but carries herself like a queen. Well, any ways, he asks the female{better, Riorth?}if he could have a pair of mediums. Here are his actual words. "Young flit, I am N'deau, rider of brown Riorth. I come to seek an egg. May I have a medium? Or, if at all possible, a pair of Mediums? I thank you for what ever you give me." He bows, and backs away, just like he had done on the Hatching Ground, he recalls with a mixed feeling. I thad been wracking, until his Riorth had answered him, It was wonderful. Oh, well, no time to dwell in the past. He sat down a single stride from the flit.
