Matt grinned at her. "Thankyou!" He held the egg, and was just about to set off to his quarters, when it began to rock! The shel shards fell away, to reveal a large blue flit. "Saff. You are Saff." Matt said firmly, before feeding the hatchling. Memo chirruped a greeting, but Tak was elsewhere, and would have to meet him later.

Rann watched with pride as a large blue exploded from the egg, happy that he was so large. The brown turned to Yafah, and dropped a large fish by her feet. He had just caught it. My Queen-love, aren't our children lovely?
