L'van grinned as he picked up the egg, bowing to Dippy politely. "Thankyou, Queen!"
The egg in his hands began to rock, slowly shedding fragments until it exploded, revealing the almost black bronze in the centre. He looked into the tiny dark face. He would grow to be quite big! "You are Mang." He told the flit firmly, giving him some meat. He nodded again to the queen, before all three walked off.

((Mang means 'bat'))
