The young man's trademark grin splits his face at the queen's dainty cheer. Lithe hands rake through the sands, content with just watching. But when she rolls the tiny little orb toward him, Th'ta's smile widens. Clicking sounds emit from within, shards flaking off of a green-coloured body. A quiet creeling strikes up from the flitter in the shell, who finally pushes her way out to gaze at Th'ta with wide, hungry eyes. Chuckling and stroking her green head, the bronze rider reaches into his belt pouch and withdraws a scrap of dried meat. The green snaps up her meal with cheeping demeanour.

"Romana, I'll call you. Thank you, golden queen, you are most kind! Forgetting my greed, but may I have another?"

A faint blush rises in his well-sculpted face, the slightest tinge of red. Romana curls up in one of his coat pockets.
