"Gee, thanks!" Daniel says as he recieves his large. He smiles as the younger of the twins walks a step closer, which was a big deal to him, since she barely ever stood close to anyone but him or Anna. "...thank you..." she said in a small but grateful whisper of a voice. She blushed, and stepped back as her brother smiled. She actually talked to someone out of the family! Who knew?! But his attention was diverted to his egg, which rock violently and the bronze flit burst out, showering the twins with shell shards. They both laughed, and Daniel fed the little flit some fish. "I'll call you Tobey. After an old friend..." he paused as he remembered his old friend that taught them to ride runners on his families farm. Then, the small egg in Danny's palm rocked, and, with a few seconds struggle, the jade lizard forced herself out of the egg, crooning hungrily. Danny fed her some scrapes from the Weyr t6hat Anna had gotten for her, and soon the little green was fast asleep. "I'll call you Truth." she whispered to the jade lizard, who chirped happily, then slept in her arms. Thanking the owner yet again, the twins left, their new lizards sleeping peacefully in their arms.
