He thanked the little green for the egg, and cradling it in his hand, walked away. After he got away from all the clutches, he carefully sat down, and watched his egg. He was glad he had taken time to get a small wherry on the way there, he was hungry. He built a small fire, cooking only enough for one meal. Then, as he finished cutting the wherry into small pieces, his precious egg hatched. He frantically picked up the damp brown flit, and supplied it with the wherry. The flit ws Impressed, and Imatu named him Chess-ter.
