She rode in on Venieth now nine days of age & learning to fly. From her sky perch she say the eggs, gold light from them projects into her hazy blue eyes. She nudges Venieth down, far from the eggs & mother so not to frighten them. She slowly approached eyes locked onto the clutch. She smiled at the mother, a beauty firelizard. Twenty. Good Clutch, with a fine dam for their mother. She reached in her putch pulling from it a slice of meat, & held it out to Serendipity. Serendipity, may I be blessed with one of yours? she spook softly, and looked up to Tanikli & smiled...
