Subject: System/Proccess Required

I have an idea that I think can work in situations where there are a lot of interested persons in a remote and resource extractive areas where everyone want to be Land owners, chiefs, Chairman, Agents and at least want something of significant from gold mining companies, timber, fish, oil and gas etc...and totally cannot work together in harmonious way.

This is one area where I see a good reputable prospective developers resource developers and even the investors cannot come to a country for a better investment opportunities. Also, we will start to lose good foreign companies due to their concerns not to jeopardise their company reputation.
On the other hand, the resource owners cannot even strike a win win deal as the foreign companies already see an opportunity gap and manipulating the process using either Land Owner opponents to suit themselves and this affects the bulk of poor people and it clearly evident in areas that i know where you can see billions of $ come as a result of the mine, but, yet no tangible benefits shown in terms of infrastructure and business etc.

Hence, I have an idea on how I can design a system/proccess that can work to contain such issues, but, further require any advise that is working to bring about such conflicting Land owners where that can be used to curb the LO divisions faced in a society where land is owned by customary inhebitants.
