Dey only spoke, or showed any signs of still being here on Pern, at the green joke. "I don't think I'll want to mess with Shyth. If she clutches, it would be because of some weird chemical in her body or something, not because I forgot to feed her the stone!"

Cat laughed. "That goes double for me!"

S'kil shook his head, smiling. Then, he turned to the twins. "What color d'you think you'll want, Taran? And then, what do you want to do as a job, Arden?"

Truth be told, S'kil had come to the Weyr wanting a bronze, but then realized at the clutch he'd rather a blue. Needless to say, he got his smaller choice.
