T'bel cannot help but grin at the Wherhandler's response, the tension within him fading slightly as she both agrees to attend the meeting, and good-naturedly laughs off his blatant lack of Wher knowledge. By first impression, Yima truly seems to be of a good sort, and T'bel is never one to cast aside gut feelings about a person. Of course, the woman does seem a bit out of her element, but he is glad to be find that the leader of New Isle's newest residents is both intelligent and patient. She'll make a good impression on those at the meeting.

"I intend to hold the Meeting after the conclusion of the Hatching Feast." T'bel shifts his gaze over to Wessae, smiling to himself even in that brief glance, and then turns back to Yima, "Please feel free to help yourself to anything while I speak with the Weyrwoman."

Nodding his farewell to save the Master the discomfort of another handshake, T'bel walks back to Wessae. He gently kisses her on the cheek before he sits down again, a soft thank you for patience with his prior abrupt departure. Taking his seat, he then angles his head towards her and concisely shares what Yima had told him.

"Your thoughts?"
