Graythorn, for a moment not realizing why Elly was upset, frowned in thought... and then his eyes went wide, and his ears red. He turned, sure she could see him, and gave an embarrassed smile.

"Oh... geesh, sorry, Elly. I guess I wasn't thinking..." However, he then noticed Shadow frowning, and then nudging him in the arm. "What was that for, huh?"

"I'm Tal," Shadow explained aloud to the others, and then turned to Elly. [Sorry, he forgot you guys don't know. We've been spending alot of time together, so that's my nickname. Long story short, my father named me Shadow, and my mother wanted to re-name me after my step-dad and her in the rider ways. My name was going to be Talman, but... I like Shadow a bit better.] He thought for a moment. [Oh, and congrats! Are you getting good at it? Is it fun? I know one of my step-mothers was a healer, but she didn't tell me much about it...]

Graythorn adressed the group. "Heh... sorry. His name's actually Talman, so I call him Tal." When Shadow, not even turning around to give Graythorn his attention (which was focused on Elly), elbowed him gently, he rolled his eyes. "Ok, his mother named him Talman... but, I think it's cool..." He went slightly quiet. "Geesh, haven't seen you all in so long... I've spent too much time with Tal..."
