He rolled his eyes. He could care less who was who in rank. He still held his tail up, he was very swift, no wolf was better them him when it comes to speed. Sure, they make attack him, but he would be miles away before they could lay a paw on him. He was well known for a speed, like a knight riding in the darkness. (See how I got my name? lol)
"yes, I'm beta male of the Avalik River Pack."
Indeed he was, and he was very wise. but He DID NOT like showing to submission to anyone in any pack but his. So he merely ignored there dominance, and continued to look around at the pack wich now stood before him.
"I see you have a rather large pack, and no need to worry, I only wish to wander, I return to my pack every night, and wish not to stir no trouble."
All of sudden, he felt his tail lower. He knew not why, something inside him felt that he should do this. His tail lowered until it touched his hing legs, and he his ears flattened to his skull. He layed down before the group, and finally, rolled do his back. He did not move for a second, he was in deep thought. he cleared his throat and continued to speak.
"you'll have to forgive my dominance. I was raised by a pack alpha and was always in some high position. No I do not wish to challenge you or take your alpha rankship. No, I have no business on doing that. I only wish to explore, I do like to travel. You will see me often, if you don't mind. I am a pretty socailbe wolf"
He swished his onix colored tail and sat back up again. He glossy coat glistened in the sun.
"Though I may leave the avaliks, for I might be driven out. To many male wolves want my position. So you wouldn't mind me being a member in your pack as well? or do you have a problem with that? it doesn't matter to me, all that matters is that I have a pack to travel with.
As he stared in to Silver Shot's eyes, he couldn't help but smile. Surely he was a good, brave, daring kind of wolf, he could not miss that. But he knew that he would probably just be an old run of the mill pack member, with no important rank at all. Well he was getting rather old, and defending ranks was taking a toll on him. He had a few battle scars on his right side, but other than that, he was pretty healthy.
