Subject: New to babysitting girls

I'm Daniel and I'm 16. I started babysitting at 14 but until now have only ever watched boys. I live in a very conservative Christian community and everybody spanks their kids. As a babysitter I'm expected to spank if needed and I've done it, even though I don't like to.

People give me good recommendations and I was recently asked to babysit a family with 3 girls - ages 3, 5 and 8. If it goes well I may be babysitting 1-2 times per week for a year. I've already been a few times and I really enjoy it. The girls are a lot of fun and very sweet. They like me a lot and will run to give me hugs and kisses when I come. I admit it's way different from boys but I guess it's good to learn about both. I love all the kids I watch and want to do my part in raising them to be good people.

My problem is I know these parents expect me to spank the girls, and I've never spanked a little girl before. The parents use a leather spanking strap and take off all their clothes including underwear. I saw the 5yo get a whipping from the dad and it was quite severe.

Is there anything I should know about spanking little girls? Are they more delicate than boys? Will it be weird for them to have a boy spank them on naked private areas? Can spanking hurt them more than boys? I just don't want to do anything wrong.
