I'm sorry. I presented this as a concept that I read about...not as a reality. I apologize, it was rather off topic and in hindsight I shouldn't have introduced it. I didn't mean to confuse or mislead anyone. It was just an interesting, futuristic, alternative society, concept...or whatever. I like to encourage people to think beyond the norm. I seem to have failed. Sorry.
