Do you think it would be as embarrassing if you appeared to be an actual girl, as opposed to an obvious boy in girls' clothes?

I would think age inappropriate clothes would be more awkward. Though I suppose a single disposable diaper under regular clothes wouldn't be noticed by others but would still be just as effective.
