My Issue was that I was kept in ultra brief skirts frilly panties, blouse, white pelerine socks or frilly ankle socks and flat Mary Jane sandals as standard wear. My mother did not deem it a punishment. Quite a few of my skirts were very short indeed, they only covered about half my buttocks and showed off the pink frilly panties I habitually wore. Also my mother did not have to lift up my skirt to smack my bottom. My real discipline came in that if I was spanked I was told that I was behaving in an immature way and was put back into nappies and frilly plastic pants which were completely visible under my very short skirt. This was intensely humiliating for me and to be avoided. This was particularly the case as when in nappies I also had to wear a leather baby harness and reins. One of my mothers friends owned a toddler and baby shop suggested this discipline for me. She used to make cute hand made leather baby harnesses so any size was possible. So to be taken out in nappies and having to wear a harness and held by reins was unbelievable. This did not occur to often, but often enough.
