This indicates that a spouse who works to develop an attractive, feminine, image is likely to find "the better half" not only accepting of having a housewife, but aroused by the prospect. As with any topic, much would depend upon how the topic is broached, giving her time and space to buy into having a supportive and attractive wife, to actively assist with her wife's transformation. If it were to become her project, she could proudly display the result of her efforts to her admiring friends when her wife is a charming hostess at her parties. Admittedly it is not a large sample but it does hold out hope that for those who long to become a supportive housewife, that there are women who will find that status agreeable, even desirable.
