Stay brave Rez, you can be proud of you for resisting against this dark passenger, even if you feel weak/tired you are strong, we are all humans not surhumans, it's normal (logical) to feel that way/frustration/guiltiness/to feel this pain etc but we must find a way to use those feelings/pain/wounds or they will devour us, it may takes time but you are never alone, we are all like plasters/bandages to each other on these wounds.

(I so love this pic. It represents perfectly the Survivor's way & the Zone, us all each Zoner, each caring and supportive words are like bandages on wounds, like those warm leaves to cover/protect/heal the holes/wounds to walk safely and whatever the steps/obstacles to keep walking.
