The filly was small in stature, her tiny limbs barely bringing her to her mother's chest. The colt on the other hand had grown like a weed and easily competed with his mother for height. Nearly grown, he kept a sharp eye out for his remaining two sisters and his father. His neck arched proudly as he reveled over his protective position in their little family.
