Student editorial type article on why their colleges anti-smoking regulations don't work. Like most smokers who write articles these days there's the obligatory 'I shouldn't have started' vibe about it.

But what it does convey is the frustration a lot of smokers get with modern anti-smoking culture and the authors backstory and the posted readers comments open up a few story ideas of their own...
