Expensive indeed, and for more than just the young (or not so young) lady that might take up smoking as a habit, just because a few fans, followers, or whatever, might have slung her a few dollars just so they can get their jollies.
People are slaowly starting to realize, that that sh*t hangs around, and comes back to bight them more often than not, and certainly eventually.
eThot might be considered a slur by some, but it's accurate.
