File built.

All I really had to do was top and tail it.

Thanks again to RuEmerald for doing the preservation work.

As I was reading through, something interesting jumped out at me:

"Studies show that as many as 30 per cent of all cancer deaths in industrialised nations are attributable to cigarette smoking."

Okay.

And the other 70 percent?

And they've been telling us for years if not decades that Smoking is the largest cause of preventable Death.

So what's the rest? Well, all the other causes, I suppose. Does the article even mention them, to put that statement in the correct context? Smoking doesn't really figure all that high on the list, then. To me, it looks like it's been overtaken. By everything else.

I wonder what, exactly? And isn't the world up in arms about those things like they are with Smoking?

And when you think about it, something will take us all out of circulation at some point. And it's more than twice as likely to be something other than something smoking-related.

I've always thought that Life is meant to be Lived, however you want. If you choose to smoke, cool, rock on, if you don't, cool, rock on. At some point, for some reason, you're going to drop off the perch, so live your life.

They (whoever they are) say Smoking Kills.

Well, not necessarily, obviously.

Nick
