Subject: What exactly is the point of cigarette filters? RELEASED!

Preservation of an article.

This one was a pain in the arse, the site wouldn't let me select more than a paragraph of text at a time, and sometimes not even that, so it took a while. But I got it done, so now it's preserved for posterity. Yay!

It's pretty biassed as well, but the authors do make one good point. There has actually been a solution to this problem for almost 90 years, but you all know what people these days are like, if they don't like a thing, they want it banned. But how about this, either use the solution that has been around for almost a century, or come up with something better.
