One correction to this update due to some additional smoking content found in a game, including the first instance of tobacco smoking.

NEEDY STREAMER OVERLOAD
In this game you play the boyfriend/manager of a female streamer and set her schedule for each day. One of the options you can select is “Medication”, which includes various pills, “Magic Grass” (pot), and “Magic Paper” (LSD). There are short animations for each of these. Unfortunately, there is no option to smoke tobacco. This may be a sign of the times, though in that case, there probably should have been vaping.
In one ending the streamer gets banned for smoking Magic Grass on stream. In another, she streams herself smoking something at a fair, which fans speculate is weed or a rolled cig (it is probably weed). There is also an event in which she smokes shisha tobacco at a cafe with her boyfriend; she says she choked on the smoke because she was not used to it, but enjoyed it.
