Yeah, redoing everything would be a massive undertaking, I'm booting the idea around, but I'll probably never actually go through with it, needless duplication, and few would read the early volumes anyway.
Sorry to hear about your poor health, mate. Look after yourself as best you can. It's all any of us can do.
And yeah, PDFs aren't ideal, give me a physical book any day.
